It's weird...it's about this kid who is a punk and he basically joins a car repossession agency and there's this big chase to find a Chevy Malibu with some dead aliens in the trunk and it's worth a ton of money...It's basically all these groups of people trying to find the car.

this movie is a spin off. the genetic opera is better
Ok, first, get your facts straight, this is made in 1986 and is not a musical, it is directed by Alex Cox (director of Sid & Nancy as well as Straight To Hell), stars Emilio Estevez, and is about alien corpses driving a scientist who's holding them in a stolen car crazy with radiation, and the people and organizations trying to stop them. I don't know anything about the Genetic Opera, but I know the two are completely unrelated. So kindly don't come by looking to start an argument about a movie you clearly know nothing about.
